1.Create your desire line using the "pen tool" that can be found in your tool bar.( if you cant see your tool bar, click on "window" and then click "tools")
2. On your shape layer/Line click on "contents" then go to "add" and add "Trim Path"
3. Under "Trim Path" using "end or start" set one to 0 and the other to 100 at the starting keyframe and then on the second keyframe set it to 100.

Dashes
1. Go to "Shape" -> "Dashes" -> "+" adjust the "dash" to get the amount of lines your want

1. Add an adjustment layer (6 to 10 frames long)
2. Add "Motion Tile", and "Fast Box Blur"
3.set your first keyframe with "Tile Center" and then in between the video adjusting the X- Axis to the neagtive making 1 full slide.
4. Set "Blur Dimesions" to "Horizontal"
5. set "Iterations" to "4"
6. Set a keyframe with "Blur Radius" of "0" at the start and end and the middle with a keyframe of "347"

1. Add an "Adjustment layer" over the 1st and 2nd video (best to have it 6 to 10 frames)
2. Add "Transform" to the "Adjustment layer"
3. Turn off "Use Composition's Shutter Angle"
4. at the start and end of the adjustment layer make a keyframe for the scale at "100", and in the middle have it zoom in to your desire scale
5. Add "Directional blur" and add a keyframe with the "Blur Length" at the start and end and in the middle increase the "Blur Length"
